{"id":425,"date":"2013-03-22T14:54:40","date_gmt":"2013-03-22T14:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/69.195.124.91\/~airsensi\/2013\/03\/22\/twisted-english-test-2\/"},"modified":"2014-08-21T16:47:29","modified_gmt":"2014-08-21T16:47:29","slug":"twisted-english-test","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/airsensing.com\/fr\/twisted-english-test\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9union annuelle printani\u00e8re de l\u2019ASPRS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>R\u00e9union annuelle printani\u00e8re de l\u2019ASPRS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union annuelle printani\u00e8re de l\u2019American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Louisville, au Kentucky, o\u00f9 le parler \u00ab\u00a0sodern\u00a0\u00bb du sud des \u00c9tats-Unis m\u2019a quelque peu d\u00e9concert\u00e9.\u00a0 En sirotant une traditionnelle menthe \u00e0 l\u2019eau, j\u2019ai eu le bonheur de visiter l\u2019historique hippodrome de Churchill Downs, o\u00f9 se tient chaque ann\u00e9e le Derby du Kentucky, \u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif le plus ancien en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s s\u2019est enfin attaqu\u00e9 \u00e0 une lacune qui affligeait depuis longtemps la cartographie en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Apr\u00e8s avoir conserv\u00e9 durant pr\u00e8s de 25 ans les m\u00eames normes cartographiques, l\u2019ASPRS modernise enfin les normes qui s\u2019appliquent tant \u00e0 la photogramm\u00e9trie qu\u2019au LIDAR.\u00a0 Le projet de norme est agr\u00e9ablement moderne car il se d\u00e9partit de l\u2019archa\u00efque formule d\u2019exactitude pour la remplacer par un tableau plut\u00f4t simple r\u00e9unissant la taille des pixels et la valeur efficace, avec lesquelles nous sommes tous familiers.<\/p>\n<p>La norme est int\u00e9ressante, car chacun des tableaux s\u2019applique \u00e0 un besoin particulier de pr\u00e9cision d\u2019un projet tel qu\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, cartographie ou richesses foresti\u00e8res.\u00a0 Tout organisme g\u00e9ospatial serait alors en mesure de simplifier ses normes en se contentant d\u2019indiquer (ASPRS, cat\u00e9gorie 1, 2, 3\u2026).
